For fingerprint charms, we will send you a Starfield Bay Casting Kit© where you can easily make your own imprint.  We make our personalized pure silver charms entirely by hand.  Each piece is individually fired, sanded and finished.   All personalized products are one of a kind.

Return Policy:

Because all of our fingerprint jewelry, name charms, and pet charms are custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.  We do not offer refunds for poor quality impressions and clay that has not been used or sent to Starfield Bay for finishing.  Orders can not be changed or cancelled once they have already been made.  In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the item for you after the original is returned to us.
